BIGBLUEBUTTON : Updates Canvas interface for BigBlueButton for 'Sync Attendees'

Hi everyone,

Canvas conferences now automatically include late enrollments: no more manual 'Sync Attendees' needed.  

This fixes a long-standing issue where late enrollments couldn't join existing conferences without manual intervention.

However, as part of this update, existing conferences no longer have the Sync Attendees option.  

If you have courses with expected late enrollments, recommend creating a new conference and leave the default 'Invite all course members' checked to get the automatic sync with enrollments.
