Program Glossaries

Program Glossaries

To increase the accuracy of transcripts, we maintain a list of terms used in our courses based on program type. These glossaries are submitted to the third party vendor providing the transcription service.

Please add terms used in your courses that are not represented in the glossary by doing the following:
  1. Go to the appropriate program glossary in Box
    1. Nursing Terms Glossary
    2. OTA Terms Glossary
  2. Open the glossary in Microsoft Excel.
  3. Add the term by inserting a new row.
    1. Be sure to list terms in alphabetical order.
  4. Save the updated glossary and confirm the file in Box is updated.
