Proofreading Workshop

All the materials from the internal proofreading workshop given by the Orbis E-learning QA team are accessible from this page. Workshops are organized by each Product team. The PowerPoint presentations are provided and can be reviewed if you need a refresher. The Seek and Find item is an interactive PowerPoint that allows you to practice identifying proofreading errors with immediate feedback. There are several activities with scenarios unique to each team that can be completed for additional practice.

  1. Identify common errors in a course. 
  2. Apply the Proofreading Decision Tree to address complex issues. 
  3. Recognize the importance of proofreading to ensure quality courses.
