Assign/Reassign Tickets
to Yourself or Other Agents on your Team
Most useful scenario:
- PTO coverage
- Away
- Out of the Office
- Etc.
How to Reassign a Ticket:
- Ticket Properties Icon
- Scroll to Key Information
- Use the drop-down next to Ticket Owner
- Selecting an Agent updates the Ticket Owner
The Agent selected appears as the Ticket Owner and receives a notification in Outlook.

Fill in Missing Ticket Details
Ticket Details are missing when tickets are emailed or forwarded to Zoho.
The required details are not captured when the requester bypasses the ticket intake form.
Completing these details ensures the accuracy of the support needed and defines the reporting data.
Required missing fields should be completed when you receive emailed tickets.
The required fields are indicated in Red text with an asterisk (*), as seen in the image below.
Best practice is always to double-check that the required* fields are correct, as these may vary between departments.
