Zoho Archives Old Tickets
Zoho will automatically archive closed and inactive tickets after 120 days.
Once archived, the tickets are moved to a dedicated view.
Points to Remember:
- Tickets cannot be manually archived; this is a default automatic feature in the platform
- Tickets can be unarchived
- Archived tickets will appear when the search function is used
- Archive View is not available under the All Departments view
- Archived tickets will be unarchived if they are reopened by the agent or a requestor's response
How to Access Archived Tickets:
- On the left side of your Dashboard, expand All Views using the down arrow
- Scroll to the end and expand Archived using the down arrow
- Select Archived Tickets
