Ticket Properties Panel
Fill in Missing Ticket Details
Ticket Details are missing when tickets are emailed or forwarded to Zoho.
These communications are usually preceded by "FWD", "FD", or "RE".
In some cases, faculty will directly email course support using the department's Zoho inbox.
We discourage this method of ticket submission due to the heightened cybersecurity alerts,
and also because this bypasses the ticket intake form, resulting in missing required details that are captured when the intake form is used.
Completing the Missing Ticket Details in the Ticket Properties Panel ensures accuracy of the support needed and defines the reporting data.
The required missing fields should be completed when you receive emailed tickets.
The required fields are indicated in Red text with an asterisk (*), as seen in the image below.
Best practice is to double-check ALL required* fields are correct, and also note that these may vary between departments.
