What Is a First-Run Course Review?

Course evaluation of a live or currently running course is initiated by the internal support team for the partner. These typically involve courses with high fail rates on exams, high attrition rates, or a high number of at-risk reports. An evaluation includes collection and analysis of student performance and feedback data from support team members. The QA team evaluates student experience and course design. Orbis believes that student success relies on how well these two areas work together. Based on the data gathered in these areas, the QA team provides recommendations to address identified issues. The resulting report discusses:

  2. Areas of concern
  3. Recommendations for revisions (if needed)
